Audi asked a small team to explore what sort of improvements could be made to the actual physical purchase process at a dealer. Through interviews with Audi salesmen and sales managers, dealer visits, competitive analysis, and potential car buyer interviews - AKQA recommended a simple tablet app to alleviate any stress and create transparency through the process between the buyer and seller.
